I can't speak to what you just suggested. Is that a good idea? I'm not familiar with this.
Explain this to me - why not abolish the corporate tax rate altogether, and just tax individuals? Increase the top tax rate, close the loopholes - now we won't have to grant corporations the right of free speech, forbid political participation of any kind, track and tax "perks" as comp.
