1. What is your opinion on the subject?
A) Awesome way to penalize someone for being stupid and/or lazy which could have deadly effects.
B) Another stupid nanny state law.
C) Meh, I don't care- I live in a warm place that doesn't get snow much, if at all.
2. Does your state/country have a law about this already?
3. If yes, what is the penalty?
I realize this may be a pot-stirring question, but I found it an appropriate question just after a big snowstorm.

I think it's ridiculous to actually charge for it. Just scare the driver a bit.
Why? SO that they can be scared, nervous, and continue on their way in said poorly cleared car to kill someone innocent?
