Let's go with a scale from 1 to 5 (1 being a demon from hell). It would be nice if you would also provide reasons for the ranking. This is very important research.


My immediate boss is a moron in every way possible, with a motor mouth as an added extra. The next one up is intelligent, reasonable and hardworking with a sensible attitude (i.e., if I dig her out of a hole by doing a fifty hour week, I get to skip out early the next Friday). The one above her is a blithering idiot, but he's being replaced soon.

Immediate boss lady is so damn stupid she gets a negative rating.
