I think we're all aware of how easy it is to lose control of a pic once it's made; I believe there was a case in the past election cycle of a candidate embroiled in scandal because pics surfaced of her jokingly fellating a sex toy at a college party years ago. The fact it was a joke, and years in the past, and that she's long been married to the boyfriend in the pics with her, all made no difference, and it's safe to say that when she allowed the pic to be taken (she was clearly aware of it at the time) she didn't intend it to be broadcast over the media years later in a political campaign. The difference between that and teens is that in the latter case it's already illegal (though given that's the case I'm not sure why a new law was required; isn't it already a felony for a teen or anyone else to distribute pornographic images of other teens, by cell phone or any media?)
