They decided to raise the APR to a ridiculous amount. The default APR is 29%. They decided to raise my APR to 28%. And I have very good credit - they even raised by account limit by $1000 this past year.
So I canceled my card with them. And sent their required letter. And got no reply back in over 2 weeks. And apparently they did not receive it. Bullshit. Dell is a horrible company when it comes to customer service.
