But from what I can make out, it sounds like what I do some times.
If someone is driving like an arse by undertaking and cutting people up, I tend to (depending on my mood) either get out the way since I'd rather they have a crash on their own with out me or I will block them off for a while to learn 'em (or annoy them more).

Because that last bit is what I did. I felt mean, but only just barely. The guy got sooooo close to my bumper just to try to cut between me and the truck behind me that I swear he had to have been only a couple feet away. At 70mph. And he got no further than a couple of cars forward. So, I might have slowed down and stayed next to the semi for a bit. Maybe. And he might have been throwing his hands up and saying "Oh, come on!!" hehe.
When someone pet peeves you, do you do anything about it? (Includes NSSP story!)

I hate it when people use nouns or phrases as a verb (e.g., "pet peeve" as a verb).

You might want to block me then. Your life will be much more comfortable.

Comfortable, perhaps, but lacking a certain je ne sais quoi. *NM*

I don't think that qualifies as a pet peeve.

Did you remember to pump your break often but unpredictably? 'Cos that's the best part.
