Cold winters, have no idea on average temps though....I would say something like 20-30 degrees.
During winter months, my total bill for gas/electic (heat is gas) runs roughly $250/month. Varies of course, but that's a good median. Electric is typically around $40-$60, so I guess that would put heat at around $200/month.
