My body asked for macaroni and cheese with ketchup this afternoon. I really doubt it needed any fakey cheese or pasta carbs, or ketchup.
I don't disagree that sometimes the body is asking for what it needs...but it's important to differentiate between "My body thinks it needs X" and "My brain/tastebuds think X sounds lovely today".
