Boil the ribs with some liquid smoke or something for 45 minutes, and then mix a honey/soy/spice mix to taste, dip the bits in, and cook them in the oven for 15 minutes at 175°. The advantage is that you can freeze the cooked ribs and then bake them off at a later date if you do not wish to eat 20 pounds of meat all at once. Serve with some fries or a salad or something.
