But my point was kids are going to drink something besides water all of the time. Like evrything else it needs to be in moderation. Juice drinks do not take the place of eating real food and they should not be used to replace water when a child is thirsty but a 100% juice box after soccer practice won't hurt your kid. Given the choice between a juice drink and a coke I would rather give my kid the juice drink.
None of them compare with the massive amount of sugar my child has consumer in the last week or so. It is about time to take the Haloween candy to work and let the vultures have it.
