Juice is nothing but sugar and milk as healthy is debatable.

Seriously, what's so bad about milk and juice? The sugar content in 100% juice is not a concern for a growing and active child. While I'm not a huge fan of milk, it's not really UNhealthy either. Certainly much less unhealthy than soda or sugared up psuedo-juices.
If you're defining healthy as "has no ill effects", then you're pretty much left with water (Which, btw, you can drink too much of.) So unless all you drink is water, stfu. I will include tea in that as well.
EDIT: btw, if you meant THE juice and milk are bad choices at McDonalds (i.e. not in general) then fair enough Their choice of milk/juice is not wise.

I don't take the question of milk as far as some anti-milkers but whether ti is even necessary in the human diet is very debatable. And juice is absolute bullshit if we're talking about the kind of say, apple juice found on grocery store shelves. It is nothing but sugar and many a parent has found their kid much better behaved and less hyper after cutting their kid(s) off of it. And whether I drink water alone (which I do drink mostly water) is irrelevant - we're talking abut kids, not adults.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...
