Submitted quickpolls must be reviewed by an admin and manually submitted into the form line by line by that admin. If it's set up like wotmania, they can be added to a queue where a new one will appear at a certain time each day.
The failing, at the moment, of the Quickpoll is that Ben is the only one doing it. Which means he has to manually refill the queue or post the poll (whichever the case may be) by himself whenever he has free time.
Ben has recently asked for volunteers on the team board to help in keeping the polls up. Once he gives the admin(s) the necessary tool access, I'm sure there will be a significant reduction in poll-less days.

So, what is going on with the quickpoll?
