Downloading Kindle files to PC is a lot easier, so that did it for me.

Played that game just a few weeks ago when they pre-released chapter one of ToM; I wound up buying it from B&N AND Amazon, but even after installing both readers I was only able to open the Kindle version. It's like Skype vs. Ventrilo again: One of them is so easy to use I can just download, install and follow the prompts, and the other one forces me to call someone a lot more tech savvy than I, so that's an easy choice.

It's definitely correct. The point of buying a dedicated reader is the e-ink screen.
