And frankly color doesn't impress me that much. Why would I need it, unless I buy coffee table books that have a lot of pictures? And touchscreens only mean you have to constantly clean the screen off.
All the other feautes like web browsing and apps don't appeal to me, since those can all be done with phones. And since I've never owned a cell phone, it's obvious none of that stuff is important to me. The purpose of an e-reader is to read books and periodicals. Is it neat if it does other stuff? Sure. I guess that appeals to some people, just not me.

It's definitely correct. The point of buying a dedicated reader is the e-ink screen.

Downloading Kindle files to PC is a lot easier, so that did it for me.
