Banks and companies and hedge funds will keep employing people from the US, but the computer industry is all about people from India - or at least from the former Soviet Union. Our IT team has a company in Kiev and most (90%) of their people are in the Ukraine. Americans ask for too much money and computer work is easily outsourced. Get a license - like a Series 7 or a Series 24 - to trade securities. Licenses CAN'T be outsourced.
