I completely agree with you. I am extremely professional in representing my company. The preferences of my employer happen to change sometimes on a near daily basis. I've changed the method of doing things to align with his preferences only to find out the next day that he would prefer something different-- It's fairly frustrating.
This is also amusing because people say that I am generally too sympathetic and nice in my method of dealing with people in the customer relations aspect of my job.
