Simple life-living shouldn't count though, imo.
If a person posts somewhere that can be seen by anyone who can use a search engine, and likes to share his bizarre sexual practices or his predilection to relax with a bowl or two on Friday and Saturday, he shouldn't be too surprised if it negatively impacts on his chosen career. Unless he's a rock star or a tattoo artist.
I can see that. I was thinking of the teacher who had a picture of herself holding a red plastic cup. Even though we all know those are flip cup cups, it doesn't seem fair that a school could fire her w/o real proof of drinking. Or that having a drink of a night is suddenly a danger to the job.
