And I like this, because you don't have to take enough to hallucinate. That's a very small dose they're talking about. I wish I could give some to my bf's dad, who is dying of liver cancer. They gave him heroin; now he's addicted to methadone, even though he can't take it because it would destroy what little is left of his liver.


I have never taken them or any hallucinogen but one day I would like to experience them. I have heard they are a phenomenal high and many people have wonderful (spiritual?) experiences on them.

Sorry about your bf's dad. I have a friend who had to administer morphine to his dad in the last days and it still haunts him to this day to have to sit and watch his father waste away in a semi-comatose state due to "pain management".
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...
