Are you willing to buy slightly used? Aemon Send a noteboard - 03/09/2010 01:55:51 AM
What about a 2008 350z? Just a couple years old, several years of warranty remaining, won't have more than 10-20k miles on it, etc. And since the 350z turned into the 370z, not as many people want the older model anymore. You can get an '08 350z for 20-23k. Something along these lines.

I'm actually in almost the exact same spot you are right now, and, while I'd like very much to follow the advice I gave you above, I don't want to deal with having only two seats. Like you, I actually started off by looking at the Genesis coupe. I'd grab one in a heartbeat, but I don't want the 2.0T (no reason to buy a fast looking car if it's not fast) and the 3.8 is a bit on the pricey side. So I've decided to go boring instead. ;) Was actually thinking about waiting for details of the 2011 Ford Focus to be released. Supposed to be a pretty radical update, and it looks like it might be a way to get a small car with a lot of tech in it on the cheap.

Maybe. We'll see.
