I strongly suggest you go to Zarda Bar-B-Q. There's one on 7 Highway in Blue Springs, MO and one on 87th Street in Lenexa, Kansas. The ribs are the best you'll ever have and the sauce is spec-TAC-u-lar! I've just had the turkey sandwich with some wedge cut fries (and the pickle!) and it was...ohhh, it was amazing. When I got it home, my cat immediately went wild and was desperate to get in the bag. There's really no need for ketchup for the fries, the sauce is too good not to use for those, too.

And another thing, if you're in Kansas City, do NOT eat at Arthur Bryant's Barbeque. Dis-GUST-ing.
