Almost wish. There are problems with this that would make some of the good things about rafo moot, and I don't think it works really well for a community-type website, or for a site without incredibly active administrators (i.e. administrators active as controlling administrators, i don't mean active as members) But still, it's a nice thing to think about, a world with minimal trolling

That and I think all the anarchists and libertarians on this site would have a freakin' aneurysm.
