If an officer hes to wrestle with someone to get them to comply he is putting himself at risk. Guns can be grabbed, others can join in, even a small person can injury with their teeth. Simple solution don't fight cops. We have become a nation of whiners who believe we should be protected from the stupidity of our own actions.
