She probably should've raised the subject of his temper privately with him (though I can imagine how that would've gone... ) and his breath should be off limits regardless unless it's so bad it draws flies, but beyond that I don't see much of a problem. The "trash diSpencer" comment was out of bounds, but then, so was calling an employee a hot piece during a business call (that you had her transfer; he's not just a crude jerk, he's a STUPID crude jerk. )

In my book she's nothing to write home about, but that's not the point. Most of that crap should've been brought up with HR, but I can't really blame her for how she did it instead. Puts things in perspective; at least 95% of my beefs with my boss' boss (my immediate superior's awesome and I have no problems with him; he expects us to do our job, and well, but that's why they call it "work" instead of "fun" and pay us) are actually related to the job and not his lust for me or screwing around playing games 20 hours a week on the company nickel. I think I may be the ONLY person there who DOESN'T use the company computer to do personal internet stuff, but this isn't about me.
