Do you want the absolute best for them, even if it means taking yourself out of their life? Then it's love. If you just really enjoy spending time with them, but wouldn't sacrifice your happiness for theirs, it's less likely to be love. But it still might be!

Honey, no. Flirting is flirting is flirting. It depends on who you are flirting with, not their gender. The woman I mentioned above is more of a "guy" than most of the men I know... flirting with her requires a bit more bluntness and allows some crassness. I know a cute, scrawny little twink boy who I flirt with regularly... I don't think anything could come of it, but he's cute and it's fun to make him blush. There I dial back the directness, and definitely tone down the crass talk.
You have to judge your flirt based on the target of said flirtation, not on their genitalia. Even if that is your end goal.
9. Can you be friends with someone after you have admitted having a crush on them and they don't feel the same?
Yep... if you're open and honest about it, and both are willing to be mature about dealing with it. Honesty and maturity are what will keep your friendship together.
