I just get sick of the whole thing of people only complaining when it goes against them like this - I've read somewhere that a similar thing has happened in DC. A law most people in DC supported restricting gun rights was over ruled by the courts... I'm waiting to hear the right wing people complain about that
Still though, if there is any blame around it then it really lies with those who proposed it who should have checked if it was at risk of being overruled first. The attempts to blame the court and the system just sounds like sour grapes at not getting their way to me.
