first of all, no matter how much SHE embraces the name, she'll have to deal with comments and questions no matter. People ask stupid questions like "oh you mean like the Disney character" even though it's kind of OBVIOUS O.O and let me tell you right now it gets REALLY annoying to be asked questions like that all the time.
But, on the other hand, she's your daughter and you have every right to name her as you wish. But just be ready to deal with the fact it will never be something that's ignored or goes uncommented on.
