It is a rather slow day at the board... maybe this'll change that! Or not.

What's your favorite...
Singer/group/musician?
Too many to name. I don't think I could narrow it down to less than ten, and even then I'd constantly be rotating people in and out. Suffice to say my musical taste is extremely varied.
Song?
Obviously just as hard or even harder. I'll go with Close to the Edge (by Yes) as that's the first one coming to mind.
Carnival ride?
Er, I like the ones that are fast and maybe with a few loops, but nothing too crazy.
TV show?
Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Movie?
This is getting hard again. First one coming to mind is Cidade de Deus (City of God), but here too there's dozens of other candidates.
Book?
Possession by A.S. Byatt, although I should probably see if that impression holds up on a reread.
Car?
I don't really care about cars, especially seeing how I don't drive one yet, but since I've just been noticing one that looks cool: the Citroën Picasso (and yes, I realize Americans likely won't have seen too many of those).
Hair color?
In women? If I had to pick one it'd be some kind of brown, chestnut I guess, but I'm not too picky about hair colour.
Dessert?
Tiramisu, probably.
Main course?
Too many to name. I'm really bad at this, I know.
SOUP?
My grandmother's zucchini soup. Or gazpacho.
Drink?
a) alcoholic if you're of age?
Various beers, I guess.
b) non-alcoholic?
Lipton Ice Tea (the soft-drink, which again is not something Americans are familiar with I suspect, it's a rather local thing).
Sport?
Probably (association) football.
Artwork?
I like tons of art, mostly paintings though. Can't go wrong with Botticelli's Primavera.
Building?
Torre de Belem in Lisbon, Portugal.
Landscape?
Something involving mountains.
Pasttime?
Reading good books.
Article of clothing?
My fleece sweater.
Favorites.

More than anything else, that comment proves to me that you are, indeed, familiar with Maine. *NM*

You just have to forget the notion that it's any kind of tea, though.
