The supplements all pretty much include 5-Hydroxtrytophan as opposed to serotonin, frauds, fools and real pharma alike, the various pseudo and semi science versions just tend to add in a lot of 'natural crap' along with caffeine, I kid you not the brand name of one of the more populars ones is actually "Happy Pills" which simply include another fad wonder chemical, N-Acetyl L Tyrosine, to presumably fill the gap and ensure the product meets the alternative medicine quota of all natural bovine excrement
