I'm not surprised. He's always been immature and this just proved he doesn't have "it".

what a shitty thing to do.
And, I am not convinced that they are now going to win championships anyway. Boston is tired but they found enough steam to make it to the finals again this year when they weren't favored. I don't care for Orlando's style of basketball but they aren't chumps either. The Bulls have an awesome core of young talent and Boozer really helps them. They still have room to make a run at a really nice trade for another All Star and New York has a ton of money to spend too. I am still convinced that New York will be buying, trading, etc. for the rights to Ricky Rubio. That would be a nice start for them. Don't forget that New Jersey has a nice young core too and plenty of money to obtain some needed All Star level talent. Even Milwaukee is in a good position next year with Michael Redd's money coming off the books and a nice core of young players. And, if done right, in the next 2 to 3 years both Washington and Detroit could be nicely competitive as well.
All said, the Heat might be favored for championships by odds makers but this move is no sure thing.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...

The reaction would have been the same even if he chose to go to Chicago, though *NM*

Unless one is a fan in Miami, this is terrible for the game, and the NBA will suffer for it.
