what a shitty thing to do.
After Cleveland failed to sign either Bosh or Stoudemire, there was no reason for LeBron to stay there, from a basketball perspective. If he stayed in Cleveland, he would have passed up much better chances to win.
How Clevelanders must envy those Floridian basketball fans... having the Orlando Magic and now a juggernaut Miami Heat team. Woe is them.
Still, it was not necessary to do this on national TV. That just rubs salt in their wounds.
I can't.
If he wanted to win now and in the future, he should have gone to Chicago. Rose, Boozer and Noah is a much better core to put around him than Wade, Bosh and who the hell knows. Once Wade couldn't leave Miami (he needs the max contract plus no Florida income tax because of his divorce) LeBron should have given up on the plan the three of them had to play together. In crunch time, who takes the big shots? Wade or LeBron?
And what a lousy thing to do to Cleveland.

The reaction would have been the same even if he chose to go to Chicago, though *NM*

That's funny, I thought that was the most compelling part of the one hour special.

I'm not surprised. He's always been immature and this just proved he doesn't have "it".

Unless one is a fan in Miami, this is terrible for the game, and the NBA will suffer for it.
