Upshot is - I'm stuck paying some child support (that was expected) and will have to figure out how much equity in my house I have to pay out to the woman (also expected).
If you're paying child support, doesn't that mean Amy has been designated the primary caregiver? Or is it just because you earn more?

Nope, no primary caregiver here. I just earn more (hard not to as she's unemployed...)
The amount will have to be revisited when she finds work as well, so it's not part of any court order at present.
