And I don't blame just Obama for the problems. He needs to take a giant helping of blaming and his has done a strikingly poor job at selling this so far. Simply calling people who don't agree with him liars and telling people to trust him will not get the job done.
But like I said I don't think it is all his fault. I don't think there is the political will in the country to have meaningful reform to something as personal as health care. You get the "Yes my insurance sucks but it still works" attitude. People are not willing to take the risk of change while they still have system that works.
Things are going to have to get much worse before people are willing to change, sort of like the crack addict that has to hit rock bottom before they are willing to change. The only other way for reform to happen is to get a president that enjoys deep trust from the majority of the country, not likely in this environment.
