Apparently there's already very good tech that knows whether a ball is over the line.

Also a post game suspension for floppers and liars (=fabiano). Harsher if the result of the flop was significant. But no cameras and flow interrupting technology. It ought to be technically possible to make a ball which can tell who was last on it, and an offside telling tech which works within a second.
It sits in the centre of the ball, without affecting the ball's performance, etc. There was a piece in...some newspaper...about how they had invested a pretty large amount of money into it after FIFA had previously said that they were seriously consider it when it was still in the planning stages. Unsurprisingly they were a bit miffed when FIFA later announced there would be absolutely no technology, despite not checking up on the progress of any of this and other projects.

Oh, how simply grand it is to be travelling by dirigible again. Direct us to the west good sir, tonight we will remember what it is to live.

There are many red + yellow card decisions that are still unclear after checking TV footage, though

Should only be done for goals. The game already stops for goals, so it wouldnt ruin the flow *NM*

Indeed. Germany played better overall, but were definitely on the back foot end of the first half. *NM*
