And whilst I'm at it, 2 comments that summed up England today.

2-1, "John Terry is right up there" (He's standing 6 yards from the German byline) - 10seconds later the Germans have broken on their left (englands right) and slammed the ball in the net, whilst the England right back is still in the German half and the defensive midfielder is staring at a pair of heels.
3-1 "And Emile Hesky is running back to the bench" - Emile Heskey?!? Heskey?!? That's the great hope? 3-1 down and you summon Emile Heskey, god help you. Then again, the other option was Peter Crouch...so little depth in that team.
*note those comments may not be word perfect, i didn't write them down at the time, I just laughed.

I am pleased that the goal differential was more than that one goal. It should have been 4-2.

Well . . . you are of Irish extraction. It is just for you to be happy that England lost.

So is Sepp Blatter, I would imagine.

That's my big concern, that Blatter the tosser gets off with this one.

Disallowing England's second goal was karma.

Argentina just has too much power. Milito was absurd this year at Inter.

Argentina, yes. Milito, doesn't look like it so far.

It's not that I'm looking at Inter players.

Get to the final they might, but it won't be a stroll.

My thoughts exactly. Germany is officially never allowed to moan about "Das Wembley-Tor" again. *NM*

I'm fine with a bit of overconfidence, but playing without a defence was probably a bit too much. *NM*

Did they really? I didn't notice. Maybe because there was too much shouting at the telly.

If you've memorised the lower-case code, just subtract 32 for the upper-case code.

Hm, interesting. I figured there probably was a code, but couldn't be bothered to look it up.
