When goals are scored there's no real sense of celebration. Or not as much anyway.
Mind you, you think you'd get used to the sound, but somehow you don't, it just drills and drills and drills.

It is a bit unchanging, rather than reacting to the game.
It doesn't bother me at all though, it is just background noise for the World Cup.
