So, I've got an interview for the Supervisor position

Now I just need to get it done. Which is going to be hard, since I'm working a graveyard shift (ending at 8), and have the interview sometime between 1 and 4. According to my supervisor, he was only 3 questions. Your typical ones, you know. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What is leadership? Yadda yadda. Apparently, I don't need to know anything about policies/procedures/whatnot.
The problem lies in that I have no clue how to answer the leadership thing. I don't know why, I just ... can't think of anything. Strengths and weaknesses? Simple. But that? My mind goes blank.
Anyway, any interview tips? Also, wish me luck.
Also: should I go a little casual, with a tucked in white tee and my awesome black dress shirt open? Or should I go the whole nine with a tie (I have two: plain navy blue, and funky Italian style that I'm not too sure about) and my dark blue or black or white dress shirt?
