As an old joke sais: if a Dutch person moves to Belgium the average IQ would raise in both countries :p

Maybe we should start the war by entering Belgium ships who want to bring aid to the poor Friesians who are occupied by the Dutch army or something...


As for the old joke, I think you forgot one part. Because if a Dutch person leaving the Netherlands raises the IQ of the country, that means the less Dutch people there are, the higher the average IQ... should I take it it's your cows that are pushing the national IQ up, then?

The way I always heard it was a combined insult to Belgium and Zuid-Limburg, saying "If a Limburger moves to Belgium, the average IQ would raise in both countries". Of course, we have similar jokes in the other direction.
