Yeah but I would recommend spend the 100 dollars for an OEM copy of windows and dual boot the same hardware would have double the framerate in that situation. If you are going to turn down the resolution to 720p and turn down the details on a 3 year old game then you might as well get a console.
The 9400 (integrated), 8600, and 9600 aren't bad laptop cards, but cutting the framerate in half would make them unplayable.
