Some men like getting head but seem to be opposed to reciprocating for the woman they are with and I'm wondering why that is.

Not really. But, I suppose there are relationships where it goes the other way, right?

No. In fact, being that I was a horny teenager and had access to the Discovery Channel at midnight on Thursdays, I happen to know they aren't. Apparently, the fluids produced make the female genitalia the cleanest part of the human body.

I believe that the way in which you're using "men" and "women" would require the apostrophe. But I don't have the terminology to explain why.
