Sorry. Was looking up the pound sterling online and saw the new coins.

They look like some weird coins from, like, 2250. If people in 2250 used coins.

If you're talking about the wikipedia photo, it makes them look much blacker than they are. I don't know how they did that. The coins are all monochromatic, apart from the £2 coin which is silver in the middle and gold around the edges.

I do think the non-tessellating jigsaw puzzle idea was pretty cool :|.
