I would imagine something will be shuffled under him, either from bits of other departments or possibly the department I'm in that hasn't got a minister yet.
Or maybe they'll create a new post of "Minister for Keeping the Liberal Democrats in Line" for him.
That or he is going to act as Cameron Jnr - some sort of fudge to let him play PM once a week or something
