I frequent several personal finance blogs and the like and this seems to be a common trend throughout them all. A lot of them like to call it 'Stuff'. Stuff being all the crap you don't use. Also, if you're going to spend money, spend it on the stuff you actually need and use. Fairly reminiscent of a variety of 'self-help' philosophies.
