basil
oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
same with salt and pepper.
serve that topping on toasted french bread slices (preferably with olive oil drizzled on and some black pepper added before toasting)

I really should make some bruschetta....It's super yummy.
Oh, and thin sliced baguette is also quite good for bruschetta.
