To be able to search for individual members?

Maybe I've missed something completely, but I wonder if there will a feature that lets you search for a particular member. As it is now you have to go through the MBs to get hold of a particular member to be able to noteboard him/her.
If it is for noteboarding, just write their name in the "To" field

You know, the one you get when you go to Noteboard > Send new note
There is also a directory in the works.
