it is on IE but I'm not sure which version.
It isn't really a major thing, if you have the date of the last post then I will be able to see there haven't been any new posts.
on a 1-10 scale of annoyance, I would rank it about 1.

I was hoping you wouldn't ask that
it hasn't been upgraded in a while so an older one. Probably version 6 (I have the text in the black and white colour scheme being black on the black background issue that someone else posted about here)
Yeah, it'll be an IE6 css bug.
