How on earth do you manage 400 books in a year?!?!
I read most days for about 2-3 hours and I read upwards of 400 pages/hour. Majority of the books I read are under 350 pages.
Do you use some speed reading techniques? I heard that they can greatly increase your reading speed, but I never thought that they can be this efficient.
I never learned to read phonetically. I think that's the "trick" I've used, but I really never have been able to explain it, unfortunately. I just can process it like others do seeing a bunch of images in a picture.
