Questions:
Where is the Master of the Deck and central character of this story??? Last I can remember he took down the goddess of disease or something (amazing, by the way!), but I can't remember where he's been since. I'm hoping he shows up in a big way in The Crippled God.
Have we seen Olar Ethil before and why do I hate her so much?
What ever happened to Tattersail?

There isn't a central character in the books and He left for parts umknown with Dujek's Host in the Bonehunters.
Olar Ethil had cameos in DG, protecting the true gate at the Path of Hands, and in MoI, reporting on the diffrent T'lan Imass clans whereabouts,
Tattersail became Silverfox (along with Nightchill).
