I never saw it in hardcover here. I could only find the large paperback version.

I am hoping someone around here knows the answer to a question I have. I have been searching for Erikson's The Bonehunters in hardcover in the US and cannot seem to find it. Amazon and Barnes and Noble indicate that it is out of print. I have looked to get it used from those same sites. The first time the seller contacted me to tell me that what I was attempting to buy was a paperback although the information on the site always indicates that it is hardcover. Later I ordered it from a seller on Amazon and when it arrived it was a book club hardcover. Now I am just trying to determine if it was ever published in hardcover here in the states. Does anyone know if it was published as a hardcover? Thanks.
I think it's called trade paper? actually, come to think about it I don't know if I've ever seen any Erikson books in hardcover except GotM which I lucked on in a Barnes and Noble in the clearance section. I think I've always seen the trade paper style or the smaller paperback.
