The wrong way around? As in, from back cover to front cover?

in my collected Sherlock Holmes, they have reprinted about 100 pages the wrong way around in the middle of the book. I have no idea how that happens, but I think it is kind of funny. I suppose that is a printers' error, though, rather than a publishers' error.
That has to be very confusing when reading... but yeah, probably not the publishers who are to blame.
What's the most embarrassing publisher's error you've come across?

Yes, that would be annoying... can't you get a refund for that, or a replacement copy? *NM*
