It really isn't that much, just some things I'd like to say having finished the series a few weeks ago.
First, I must say that I was very disappointed with aFfC overall, but what was the worst was Cersei. We start seeing the world from her eyes for the first time. I was really looking forward to having Cersei chapters just because she seemed so evil and unlikable and I really wanted to know what she was thinking. I was definitely left down. It seemed to me that GRR Martin got out of the evil she had done in the first three by making her appear completely insane in her POV chapters. I mean really, the burning of the Tower of the Hand? Did she just lose her mind or something? The best part about aSoIaF are the characters, the way they are so real and believable and the good people do evil things and the evil people do evil things because they think they are doing the right thing. I was really pleased with the lack of unmotivated evil, aside from the Others. All the evil people had a good reason. But maybe Martin couldn't figure out how anyone in their right mind could have done what she did and when it came time to write her scenes he just decided to make her crazy to get out of it.
Jaime's last scene in the book was amazing though, and almost makes me like the book better, but the white raven really should have come from the citadel. Which brings me to the question, did Jaime command the letter burnt because he doesn't want anyone to know about his love, and does intend to go or because he ceased to love Cersei? The implication seems to be the latter and after all the progression the last few times he and his twin were together it would make sense, but after reading it a second time I realized that he may simply intend to kill the maester, burn the letter and run to Cersei's defense.
And last question, why is Cersei still a Lannister but Catelyn is refered to as a Stark? Is it just to further their different personalities, Cersei trying to be a man and Cat Stark doing all the must be done for duty?

Cersei being cuckoo was one of the bigger disappointments of the series. *NM*
